"Gina is a genuine and incredibly skilled, intuitive practitioner. I highly recommend her for all of the healing sessions and classes that she offers"
-Georgia Dune LE, CMT

"Gina is an amazing massage therapist.  As a martial arts instructor I tend to over work myself and as someone who suffers with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis it is crucial to find the right person who can accommodate all my different issues.  I have tried several therapist prior to Gina and she is by far the best.  She allows me to physically continue to do what I love with professionalism, kindness, knowledge and understanding." -Master Kellie Thomas

“Gina is the best massage therapist that I have ever gone to (and I have been to many). She is holistic in her approach and is very intuitive around knowing what is needed in the moment. Every session is different and unique depending on what issues are going on with your body and mind. She also gives recommendations and ideas but it is always done in a non-judgmental, low pressure kind of way. She creates a warm, safe and kind environment for healing, processing and growth.”. -Melissa D. Moorhouse

My interest in bodywork and wholistic health started by finding immense relief of physical, mental and emotional pain while working with a wholistic chiropractor. After some self healing and learning a lot about alternative wellness practices, I became enamored with it and knew it was my path.

I started my Healing Arts journey in 2002 at Centerpoint School of Massage where I completed a 1200 hour program in Eastern Bodywork and Western Massage. After graduation I started a private practice in Minnesota working primarily with athletes, horseback riders and doing Equine Massage. During that time I was still hungry for learning and I took continuing education in Yoga Massage, Level 1 & 2 Reiki and trained to be a Hatha Yoga Instructor through Yoga Fit.

In 2010 I moved to Vermont and worked in high end ski resort spas for 8 years. My time working around 50 amazing colleagues in these spas was incredible. I got to experience and witness therapists with an array of skill sets. During this time, I was also highly trained in a variety of treatments including Ayurvedic Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Somatics, a variety of wraps, scrubs and full body spa treatments.

In 2017 my family and I relocated to Addison County where I worked in a small day spa and eventually started Finding Light Wellness. I have been enjoying working for myself again and have started accepting Cigna health insurance and billing for massage therapy which is so exciting!

Still hungry for learning and having a will to expand my practice and abilities I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and became certified through Yoga Alliance. I teach kids yoga weekly and substitute teach adult classes in the area. I also offer private yoga sessions and group classes.

I have also been steadily learning about Biofield Tuning for years and finally joined the tribe and become a Certified Biofield Tuner in January 2020. This work has been an incredible addition to my practice to help release subconscious blocks, reduce stress on all levels, calm the nervous system. Myself and others have had profound healing experiences with this work.

I have a passion for connecting with clients and individualizing plans to promote wellness and lightness. Together we tap into why you are experiencing discomfort and look at finding the root cause so we can work toward finding balance. I work with both the physical and subtle bodies to calm the nervous system, balance energy, stimulate circulation, promote lymphatic flow and relieve musculoskeletal tension.

Finding Light Wellness has been a growing vision of mine while raising my young children and has now come to fruition. In this practice I bring together my skills and variety of modalities which gives me the ability to provide dynamic healing experiences to my clients.
